How much will it cost?

Cost is generally calculated by type / size of cleaning and length of time to complete the job. We offer a no obligation free quote before each job so you will know exactly how much service going to cost before we begin.

How long will it take to finish?

We generally explain the process and estimated time of completion before we start any job. You only need to be home while we are clean the inside. Alternatively, we can lock and secure your property when completed if you feel comfortable with this option.

How many cleaners will come?

Generally, our contractors work with two-person teams which provide efficient productivity.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Ensure we have access to the required areas to be cleaned.
Pets must be kept away from the area where treatment is being applied.
And rest we will take care of everything.

Do I have to buy any Cleaning Chemicals?

Generally, we bring our own cleaning products but if you have a special product that you want us to use, then we will be happy to use it.

Does the house washing include windows?

Yes, our standard exterior wash includes the exterior cleaning of the windows.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to change or cancel a scheduled service, we require 24 hours’ notice.

How do I pay?

We prefer payment on the day by Cash, Cheque or Internet banking. Our terms or trade are payment within 7 days.
